Our reward program tracks your Goodlife purchases starting onward from August 10th, 2020 towards your rewards tier. Your account tier will be based on purchases in a 12-month look back window. Once you reach a new tier, you will unlock all rewards associated with it. You must be logged into your account when you place an order to get credit for that purchase.

Your free-shipping + cash back towards future purchases will be visible on your account page. These values can be applied to your cart during the checkout process.

Those eligible for annual gifts will receive specific email notifications on the gift, time of delivery, and process to claim during each season.

Those eligible for early access to new products will receive email notifications prior to certain products hitting our site for the general population to purchase.

Your current tier level will be visible on your account page along with all past orders. Once eligible, free shipping can be applied at checkout. Your rewards balance can be tracked from your account page as well and you will be prompted to apply the balance at checkout. (Note: rewards balance cannot be combined with other discount codes) Those eligible for early access and annual gifts will receive specific email notifications. Upon reaching the “Legends” tier, you will be emailed your $50 Goodlife credit.

If you tried to use your rewards balance at checkout and then lost the amount, you can recover the promo code by going to your account page and clicking the “Rewards History” button on the left hand side.
