Shipping Fees & Delivery Services
We offer standard UPS ground shipping at a flat rate of $7.95 for all orders under $150 before taxes. For orders over $150 before taxes, we offer free UPS ground shipping.
2 Day and Overnight Shipping available per shipping options. Orders must be placed by 12 pm PT on a business day for express orders to ship same day and will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
Following credit card authorization and verification, your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. Shipping time is dependent on shipping method selected and where in the country your package is being delivered.
Returns & Exchange Policy
*EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW*
Any order placed online from November 17 - December 24 has an extended return window until January 15, 2024. Items must still be unworn with tags and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
We accept online returns of non-sale, unworn / unwashed merchandise with original packaging and tags attached within 30 days of your order receipt. Any marked down items can only be exchanged for equal value items / store credit and cannot be returned for a refund. All items marked as Final Sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
We offer free returns in the US and Canada only. The customer is responsible for return shipping on orders originating from all other international orders
