Order Processing Time (Standard Domestic)

  • For Express and Overnight Delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day shipping. Orders after this time will ship the next business day.
  • Our fulfillment center ships orders on business days (Monday-Friday), except during inclement weather or major holidays.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or as Expedited during weekends will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Domestic Ground Shipping transit time is typically up to 7 business days.

     

    Shipping Rates:

    • Standard UPS ground shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $150 (before taxes).

    • Free UPS ground shipping is available for orders over $150 (before taxes).
      Expedited and Express options are available.

    • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after credit card authorization and verification.

    • Shipping time varies by method and delivery location.

    • No weekend or U.S. holiday shipping.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

     

    Payment Options:

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay Installments. Please note that we do not accept any other methods or payment apart from those listed above in domestic checkout. 

     

    Price Match/Adjustment Policy:

    • We do not offer price matching for our product sold at other retailers.

     

    Order Changes/Modifications:

    • Unfortunately, we are not able to edit orders post placement. This includes cancellations, address changes, or item/order level adjustments. Goodlife Clothing is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly entered addresses.
    • Please be sure that all information is accurate in cart and at checkout - if you need assistance with issues relating to your online cart/checkout, please reach out to us by phone assistance prior to order placement.

     

    Offline Purchase Info:

    • We are only able to assist with items purchased directly from our site and a valid order number is required. For assistance with offline purchases, please refer to the original place of purchase.

     

    Guarantee Policy:

    • The Goodlife One Year Guarantee: Holes, rips, or loose threads? These things do happen. We stand behind the quality of our product and will replace any t-shirt within one year from purchase. This is applicable only to products purchased through goodlifeclothing.com. A valid order ID is required.
