Order Processing Time (Standard Domestic)

  • Our fulfillment center ships orders on business days, Monday-Friday, except in cases of inclement weather or major holidays.
  • If an order is placed over the weekend, it will be fulfilled within the following week. If placing an Expedited over the weekend, your package will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Domestic Ground Shipping - Transit Time - Typically up to 7 business days.

     

    Shipping Rates:

    • We offer standard UPS ground shipping at a flat rate of $7.95 for all orders under $150 before taxes. For orders over $150 before taxes, we offer free UPS ground shipping.

    • Expedited and Express available per shipping options.

    • Following credit card authorization and verification, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

    • Shipping time is dependent on shipping method selected and where in the country your package is being delivered.

    • We do not ship on weekends or on U.S. Holidays.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

     

    Payment Options:

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay Installments. Please note that we do not accept any other methods or payment apart from those listed above in domestic checkout. 

     

    Price Match/Adjustment Policy:

    • We do not offer price matching for our product sold at other retailers.

     

    Order Changes/Modifications:

    • Unfortunately, we are not able to edit orders post placement. This includes cancellations, address changes, or item/order level adjustments. Goodlife Clothing is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly entered addresses.
    • Please be sure that all information is accurate in cart and at checkout - if you need assistance with issues relating to your online cart/checkout, please reach out to us by phone assistance prior to order placement.

     

    Offline Purchase Info:

    • We are only able to assist with items purchased directly from our site and a valid order number is required. For assistance with offline purchases, please refer to the original place of purchase.

    • The Goodlife One Year Guarantee: Holes, rips, or loose threads? These things do happen. We stand behind the quality of our product and will replace any t-shirt within one year from purchase. This is applicable only to products purchased through goodlifeclothing.com. A valid order ID is required.
